FAQ

What size should I choose for my dog?

Measure your dog’s chest girth. The Medium fits 29″‑35″ and the Large fits 33″‑40″. Choose the size that best matches your measurement.

Is the backpack waterproof?

The Oxford nylon is water‑resistant, protecting contents from light rain. For heavy downpours, consider a separate rain cover.

Can I wash the backpack?

Yes, spot clean with mild soap and a damp cloth. Do not machine wash to preserve the reflective webbing and zipper integrity.

How much weight can the backpack hold?

It is designed to carry up to 15% of your dog’s body weight comfortably, typically up to 5‑7 pounds for most medium and large breeds.

Does the backpack have a warranty?

Zor‑DOG offers a one‑year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Contact customer service for support.
